One day, I read a quote from Jim Collins, author of the book “Good to Great”, that changed the trajectory of my life!

“The signature of mediocrity is not unwillingness to change. The true signature of mediocrity is chronic inconsistency.”

That was a major turning point that challenged me to turn my potential into progress. 

Since then, I’ve seen what commitment can do to changing the trajectory of my life. I’ve been married to my amazing wife Christine for almost 20 years! We have three amazing boys who are some of the most awesome kids I know!

Over the last 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to have a career in healthcare marketing, in non-profit development, and launching a successful start-up marketing agency! But that was only the beginning! 

I decided to fully shift my efforts into helping people discover that there was more. In 2016, I, along with a boss team of people, launched an amazing church in a region where no one wanted to be that I still get to pastor alongside my incredible wife. And with that, because of my passion for education and developing leaders, I launched Relevant Leadership College, a thriving faith-based institution of higher learning that is changing the lives of individuals as they learn to live life on purpose.

Though this site talks about me, it’s really not about me or for me. It’s about you! It’s about you discovering the same thing I’ve discovered.
