I am a husband, teacher, pastor, writer and an unrelenting optimist. I am the author of Forfeit: Danger Zone, a small group study about purpose for youth and young adults.
I went from being a high school dropout to serving as vice president of a regional healthcare company and owning my own company all before the age of 30 and before I received a G.E.D or college degree. Hence the name of my blog.
This blog is dedicated to the dropouts, failures and unrelenting optimists who know there is a big God who can use little us to accomplish big things for His glory. We are the underdogs. We are the ones who everyone said would never make it…but God!
My posts will be about faith and personal and professional development from the angle of being a dropout, failure and unrelenting optimist. I will typically post once a week. To make sure you don’t miss any new posts, you can subscribe via RSS or subscribe through e-mail below.
